Erika Taylor
Principal and Program Designer - ACE Certified Trainer

I inspire savvy community leaders to instantly discover the small changes to implement in their daily schedules in order to make their communities and themselves more vibrant and healthy.

From cleaning the locker room, and working the front desk of my favorite downtown Denver athletic club, to owning own studio, to founding one of the first online group fitness companies; I get more passionate everyday about spreading the message the physical fitness is for EVERYONE.

I love being invited into the fitness lives of my clients.

First certified by the American Council on Exercise first as a Group Exercise Instructor in 1991; I rocked the headband and thong one piece to step class in the 80s, followed my mom and Kool and the Gang to Jazzercise (Celebrate indeed) in the 70s, and spent hours on the floor with my Grandma hearing about Jack LaLanne and our civic duty to stay fit. Currently, in addition to my ACE certification, I am a member of the IDEA Health and Fitness Association and am dedicated to continuing education with both associations to be sure I am able to present my fitness family with the most recent, most thoroughly vetted and most effective wellness methods and information available.

Becoming a Certified Functional Again Specialist with the Functional Aging Institute in 2013 has given me a keen sense of focus on the population I want most to inspire to wellness.

I truly believe that it is only possible to be our best and do our best work in the world if we make a daily commitment to our health. I know it isn't always easy and my deepest hope is to inspire those around me to do the work it takes to make fitness their way of life.
