Even if you don't have time to read each word, check to see if there are Surprise Opportunities available. You will also find Challenge news, links to exercise demonstrations and a boat load of motivation and support from your trainer. The messages will also be posted on this site so you can quickly reference them if you need to.


You should receive your invitation to our Private Challenge Facebook group shortly. Take a minute to introduce yourself and feel free to ask any questions you might have for other members of the crew. They are there to help me show you the ropes!
